Education, experience & skills

3–5 years of marketing experience (agency experience is a plus)
Hands-on experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; bonus for RedNote and WeChat)
Familiarity with website/app development concepts and marketing platforms is a major asset
Native-level proficiency in both Chinese and English
Strong ability to articulate ideas and present strategies clearly
Highly self-motivated, able to handle pressure and tight deadlines
University degree in a relevant field — we'll also consider candidates with relevant work experience and a strong portfolio
Candidates with high potential but less experience will be considered for an Analyst position
